Summary: Unfortunately we left this to our last night, we should have done it earlier in our trip. The walk through the market made the markets less intimidating. The recipes were authentic and the class very enjoyable. Hot tip.... Don't eat lunch. There was so much food and it all very delicious. We made the salad, spring rolls, red curry, beef lol lak, sticky rice and little ball things. This is the meal we should have had early in our trip so that we had a better idea about what to eat for the rest of our time here. I can't rave enough about this class, get on it!

Would highly recommend to anybody looking for an interesting experience in Siem Reap. Our teacher was patient, thoughtful, and informative. We also enjoyed getting to make different dishes and eating them at the end.

Summary: Had a lot of fun in our Khmer cooking class with Narong back in February. She helped us four subpar “chefs” to create great tasting 3-course meals. Would highly recommend to anyone visiting Siem Reap
